Recent professional highlights

Oversaw and implemented six major projects in my first two years at Foote School: 

• Collaborated on creation of the school's new mission, vision, and values; oversaw rollout to all audiences past and present.

• Collaborated on creation of the school's Strategic Plan; oversaw rollout to all audiences past and present.

• Served as key point-of-contact and communication lead for the school's successful re-accreditation process with the Connecticut Association of Independent Schools (CAIS).

• Initiated and led school’s first rebranding project in more than 10 years: secured funding, guided/oversaw entire process, led RFP and hiring processes for consulting firm, and implemented new branding, including positioning language and first new logo in more than 30 years.

• Initiated and led the school's first website redesign in more than 10 years: secured funding, and single-handedly rebuilt the school's website from scratch (using Finalsite Themes tools). 

• With an outside designer, co-designed and wrote the school's first new Admissions Viewbook in more than 10 years.
